The business has robustly negotiated the challenges faced by the UK housing market, delivering a record 4,074 of our high-quality new homes in the financial year to 31 October 2023 (“FY23”), an increase of 7.9% on the prior year, significantly outperforming our peers. This is a remarkable achievement, that demonstrates the unique resilience of the Keepmoat Partnership Model.
