Annual Report & Financial Statements 2023 Chief Executive’s Review Strategic Report A year of sustainable resilience £864.6m Revenue 11.1% increase, £778.1m in 2022 £101.4m Adjusted EBITDA¹ 11.3% decrease on the previous year, £114.3m in 2022 I am delighted to report that Keepmoat⁴ has delivered a record number of new homes and a strong financial performance against the backdrop of economic volatility, high inflation, rising interest rates and reduced buyer confidence which has characterised the year. The business has robustly negotiated the challenges faced by the UK housing market, delivering a record 4,074 of our high-quality new homes in the financial year to 31 October 2023 (“FY23”), an increase of 7.9% on the prior year, significantly outperforming our peers. This is a remarkable achievement, that demonstrates the unique resilience of the Keepmoat Partnership Model.
