Annual Report & Financial Statements 2023 Implementing our Partnership Model Cont. Strategic Report Informing the Roadmap was a major stakeholder consultation on the issues that matter most, taking place from summer 2022 to spring 2023. Conducted by an external consultant, it included: • 38 internal and external stakeholder interviews • 4 reviews of internal and external reports including customer satisfaction surveys • A benchmarking study of other homebuilders • Two Executive Committee workshops prioritising ESG issues for importance. This assessment, known as a ‘materiality assessment’, demonstrated the high level of importance that our stakeholders attributed to social and workforce issues, as well as affordability. This is reflective of the needs of the communities which Keepmoat prioritises for development, generally brownfield sites in regeneration areas, and the partners we work with in building these developments. Workforce skills and availability, and product quality were seen as vital elements for long term business success and therefore form important aspects of our Sustainability Roadmap.
