During this meeting you willbe shown around your new home andbe given a demonstration on how to usethe appliances such as the boiler.You’re nearly there. Legal completion isthe final step. This is when yourmortgage lender releases the funds topay for your home. This is all donethrough your solicitor.Following the CML, we’ll be able toconfirm your expected legalcompletion*, this is usually two weekslater. Now’s the time to confirm yourhome removal arrangements and set upany post redirections.We’ll then provide your solicitor withthe title deeds of your home andregister you as the homeowner with therelevant utility companies. The home isnow officially yours!Once you’ve set a completion date, it’stime to move in!
