It also means,subject to contracts and meeng themescales in the agreement, the homeis yours at the price agreed.The reservaon form must be signedand dated by you and our companyrepresentave.If you’ve got a home to sell, ourEasymove scheme could make movingeasy. Your Sale Execuve can give you thedetails of some reputable independentmortgage advisers and solicitors if you needa lile help.All mortgage lenders will want to value yournew home for themselves before they lendyou the money – even on our homes whichoffer fantasc value for money.When moving house you need a solicitor tocarry out the legal work of buying your home– this is called conveyancing. Your solicitorwill handle all contracts, provide legal adviceand carry out local council searches, workwith the Land Registry and transfer the fundsto pay for your home.Your Sales Execuve will provide you withregular build and sale progress updates tokeep you informed throughout yourhomebuying journey.When all pares are happy that allcondions of the legal contract arefulfilled, the contract between you andKeepmoat will be signed and exchanged.It’s at this me your deposit will be paidto us too.Once the balance of the deposit is paid,the whole transacon becomes legallybinding meaning you have commied tobuying the home.Please remember that if your deposit is ina bank account that you need to givenoce of withdrawal, make sure you letthe bank know well in advance to avoidhaving to pay any penales and delayingthe exchange†.*Reservaon fee is regionally ordevelopment specific and may be higherin some areas. During this meeng you willbe shown around your new home andbe given a demonstraon on how to usethe appliances such as the boiler.You’re nearly there. Legal compleon isthe final step. This is when yourmortgage lender releases the funds topay for your home. This is all donethrough your solicitor.Following the CML, we’ll be able toconfirm your expected legalcompleon*, this is usually two weekslater. Now’s the me to confirm yourhome removal arrangements and set upany post redirecons.We’ll then provide your solicitor withthe tle deeds of your home andregister you as the homeowner with therelevant ulity companies. The home isnow officially yours!Once you’ve set a compleon date, it’sme to move in!
